Covid-19 Protocols

1. We regularly sanitize our vehicles and workspaces after each client interaction or appointment.
2. All grooming staff and clients are encouraged to always wear masks during any interactions and a distance of 6 feet must be maintained at all times.
3. We encourage contactless forms of payment and can accommodate contactless pick up and drop off, at your residence, with all details discussed over phone and text.

Card on File Policy

To confirm your appointment, we require that you leave a valid credit card on file. The card will not be charged when you book the appointment. The card will only be charged in cases of cancellation, or after the appointment is completed. Card information is safely stored through our payment processor Square. 

Cancellations Policy

All cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 20% fee of your appointment total. (if you appointment total was $100, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20) 

No shows, last-minute rescheduling requests and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% fee of your appointment total. (if you appointment total was $100, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50) 

Pricing

Our grooming prices are based on the breed, the size of pet, the condition of the pet’s coat and the amount of undercoat removal needed. Our base price assumes an average sized pet with good skin and coat condition. The base price is not final and may change depending on pet behaviour, coat condition and overall pet needs. We can only provide a final price when we meet you and your pet in person.
